The celebration, offering live entertainment, holiday refreshments, and a visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus, culminates in a spectacular tree lighting and winter snowfall.  City of Garden Grove's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration under the illuminated clock tower in Village Green Park, at the corner of Main and Euclid Streets.

The event is free to the public. The 43-foot Tower on the Green clock tower, decked in its holiday best, is a picture-perfect backdrop for a 24-foot fully decorated tree.

 The City of Garden Grove's Community Services Department hosts the 6th annual Winter in the Grove and popular Snowtopia with tons of snow and snow slides. Unlimited snow rides may charge a fee and be sold at city hall.  ggcity.org/winterinthegrove.

Holiday craft boutique features handmade items. Other activities include entertainment from local performers and schools, inflatables, craft-making, holiday photo areas, and holiday treats.
