The event will include a speaker, wreath toss, and card-making station so guests can make cards to thank veterans for their service. SAN DIEGO: Liberty Station Marching Band Review.   November 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Performances by more than ten Southern California high-school marching bands, professional judging and an awards ceremony, with a military salute, followed by a festival featuring food, live music and other entertainment. The public is invited to come to Liberty Station and enjoy the event as the marching bands perform on the streets of Liberty Station going around the neighborhood and stopping at the Dick Laub NTC Command Center to be judged by the panel of experts.
