The Coulterville Community Club's Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Egg Hunt & Games are held annually in Coulterville Park in Mariposa County, Calif. Join the fun in the community park on Easter morning when children age 12 and under are invited to bring their baskets and hunt for eggs, candy and surprises.

Added to the festivities are contests at the county park from 11 to 11:30 a.m., including  games, relay races and refreshments.

The actual hunt happens at 11:30 a.m. and is a feast of colorful plastic eggs stuffed with candy. Most of the eggs are filled with candy, but other treasures are included in some eggs such as coupons donated by local merchants and even some redeemable for money. There will be three age group areas with special eggs included in each egg hunt.

In the past other events have included Potato Sack Races and a Cake Walk .

The entire day is sponsored by the Coulterville Community Club and Oddfellows Lodge 104. There is no charge for any of the activities. All children 12 and under are welcome to participate.
