Trick Or Treat  Location: Bellflower Boulevard Bellflower, California. Cost: Free. Treat your children to a fun but safe evening of Halloween candy collecting when the Bellflower Chamber of Commerce hosts is 3rd annual Trick Or Treat event. Businesses on Bellflower Boulevard between Flower and Oak Streets will pass out free candy to children. Contact the Chamber at (562) 867-1744.
