17th annual Trunk or Treat on the Boo-levard.
Location: Bellflower Boulevard Bellflower, California. Cost: Free. Treat your children to a fun but safe evening of Halloween candy collecting. Businesses on Bellflower Boulevard between Flower and Oak Streets will pass out free candy to children. Hosted by Bellflower Chamber of Commerce
Bellflower churches have sponsored carnival games and music, a train ride will choo-choo around the festivities, and a children's costume contest will be judged at 6:30 p.m. Masks are not permitted and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
The host of Trick or Treat on the BOO!-levard, Bellflower Chamber of Commerce, has several ways for businesses to get involved: Candy Stops: Hand out candy on Bellflower Blvd. from 4-5 PM. Game Booths: Provide a game booth in the plaza. Vendors: Sell your crafts and products. All Blvd businesses are welcome to hand out candy from 4-5 PM. Reserve your space and promote your business! It's a Halloween themed glow dance party with music, dancing, photobooth, games, crafts, refreshments & more! The party takes place in the dark gymnasium with blacklights to illuminate the scene. Wear your favorite costume or bright neon colors. No masks, however.

Decorate, deck out and cover your home in colors of Halloween. The contest presented by the City of Bellflower requires you submit your property address by Sunday, October 12, 2025. Winning homes will be recognized with a sign and letter from the Mayor and City Council. Contest is open to all Bellflower residents, and the general public will enjoy driving around and checking out the great designs, including yours, no doubt!
