Halloween Hoopla 2023

• Halloween Costume Parade: Decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, and wear your Halloween costume for the ghoulish parade which struts through downtown Menlo Park. The costume parade  departs at 11 a.m. from the parking lot behind Cheeky Monkey Toys, 640 Santa Cruz Ave. Parade participants should arrive by 10:45 a.m. to Parking Lot #1  Maloney Street parking lot. The parade ends at Fremont Park where Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.
• Trick or Treat Downtown: After the parade kids are welcome to trick-or-treat at participating local downtown merchants on Santa Cruz Avenue.
• Halloween Carnival in Fremont Park: Enjoy entertainment, carnival games, candy, raffle prizes and crafts for several hours of fun, centrally located Downtown.

Menlo Park Pumpkin Splash

Wear your swimsuit and sunscreen and join us in a floating pumpkin patch at the Burgess Pool. Admission fee includes pumpkin decoration, swim time and a treat bag.

Session Times - Parents must be present:

• 1-1:30 p.m. age 4 years & under with parents
• 1:30-2 p.m. age 5-7 years - with parents if needed
• 2-2:30 p.m. age 8-9 years
• 2:30-3 p.m. age 10 years & up
