FREE! Trick or Treaters make their way through various stops where there are games and activities, then they receive treats.

Dress up in your best costume for costume contest. Awards given 

• The streets will be closed off so that the trick-or-treaters can make their way safely through games and activities.
• Bring a carved pumpkin for judging and
• Dress up in your best costume for the costume contest!
• Food vendors present.
• The event is highly attended with 3,000 children anticipated each year.

 The City of Upland Scary-A-Faire in Historic Downtown Upland hosts a family-friendly event that will include games, pumpkin decorating, costume judging contests (for your dog, too) and of course...trick-or-treating!

Monster Mash-Up Movie Night & Costume Parade

Monsters Inc. movie begins at 7 p.m. Bring blankets and low lawn chairs to get cozy for the movie.

It's Friday the 13th and the fun begins as the sun goes down with games & crafts, treats & candy, food vendors Binnie & Lolas and The Cookie Jar, kids costume parade and a movie. The children's costume parade starts at 6 p.m. All parade participants should line up at 5:30 p.m. at Park Site B located along 15th Street. Photo back-drops provided by Your Fave Backdrops so parents can get some awesome snaps.

Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour & Costume Contest

Bring your four-legged friends for a howling good time with a Canine Costume Contest, activities, photo booth, DJ and fun for the family. Dress your dog up in a Halloween costume  for the 2 p.m. canine costume contest with prizes awarded for Best Costume! Let's get this paw-ty started!
