LOS ANGELES: Kingdom Day Parade January 15, 2024, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Annual event presented by Congress of Racial Equality. Celebrities, floats, bands, drill teams.  Route: Parade Starts at 10 a.m. at Western and MLK The Parade proceeds west of MLK to Crenshaw and south on Crenshaw to Vernon.  After the parade, there's usually a festival at Leimert Park. kingdomdayparade.org

 Spanning 1.5 miles, this commemorative march and parade begins at San Francisco's Caltrain Station and winds its way through the heart of the city, ultimately culminating at the serene Yerba Buena Gardens.
