The New Year's Eve Sky Spectacular will take place rain or shine. For safety during the two firework displays, the Tower Bridge will be raised to prevent pedestrian and vehicle traffic at 9pm and Midnight.

Presented by Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau and Sacramento365.com at Old Sacramento December 31, 2017 15th Annual New Year's Eve Sky Spectacular Sacramento's most anticipated New Year's Eve celebration, the 15th Annual New Year's Eve Sky Spectacular, will take place in Old Sacramento with entertaining and family fun programming. Produced by the Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau and sponsored by Sacramento365.com, the free community celebration will include two spectacular firework displays at 9pm and Midnight, exhilarating live music, children's entertainment, food and drink vendors and a variety of live street entertainment throughout the evening, all to ring in 2018!

In addition, the Old Sacramento holiday staple, the Theatre of Lights will wrap up the holiday season with two final – and free – performances at 7pm. and again at 8:30pm on K Street. Guests will enjoy two memorable yet different firework displays as part of the free community celebration. Choreographed to Top Hits sure to please music fans of all ages, the exciting 9pm sky concert will last a full 15 minutes in length and the Midnight finale choreographed to Classic Hits will last closer to 7 minutes.
