SpringFest March 1 to May 31, 2011
Temecula Valley awakens in spring. Wildflowers bloom, lilacs blossom, and
grapevines' plump green buds thrive. Genuinely inspired events provide vibrant
fun and excitement.
World of Wine Weekend (March 5-6) includes self-guided tour to 30+ wineries,
exclusive samplings of worldwide varietals made in unique, Temecula style; plus
food pairings.
Old Town Temecula Spring Rod Run (March 11-12) includes 100s of pre-1974
vehicles for 'Friday Night Cruise' and 'Saturday Show and Shine.'
Old Town Temecula Bluegrass Festival (March 18-19-20) has concerts on Old Town
streets and at Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
Chocolate Decadence (April 1) and Pechanga Wine Festival (April 2) pair wines
from California and beyond with chocolate treats and other savory offerings.
The Temecula Wine & Music Festival (April 30), brings pop, jazz, rhythm-n-blues,
and tasting of award-winning, local wines to Vail Lake Resort.
Old Town Temecula Western Days (May 21-22) includes Old West characters, music,

SummerFest 2011, June 1 to Labor Day
Cooling ocean influences make for warm, sunny, summer days and cooler nights in
Temecula Valley. Every night is a great night for a casual, summertime

Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival (June 3-4-5) includes Balloon Glows and
mass Balloon Lift-Offs, award-winning wine tasting, and live headline and

Old Town Temecula Street Painting & Plein Air Festival (June 24-25-26)
includes Black and White at Night, vibrant murals on asphalt, traditional
painting on canvas, and music.
The Old Town Temecula Star Spangled 4th of July Parade is followed at night by a

Twinkle of Holiday Lights (November 25 to January 1) Tens of thousands of lights

Holiday Ice-Skating Rink on Town Square (November 25 to January 1) With
wonderful, wintry chill, friends and families take a spin at the coolest place
in town.
The Nutcracker (November 25-26-27 and December 13-14-17-18-19-20-21-22-23),
beloved holiday ballet, graces the Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
Santa's Arrival in Old Town Temecula (November 25) by horse-drawn carriage is
heralded by carolers.
A Christmas Carol (December 1-3-4-8-9-10-11), the uplifting tale of Scrooge's
transformation and goodwill, takes to the stage at Old Town Temecula Community
Theater.
Santa's Electric Light Parade (December 2), an illuminated, nighttime
procession, travels through Old Town Temecula.
Great Temecula Grape Drop, New Year's Eve (December 31) in Town Square
features an illuminated grape bunch 8 feet tall by 4 feet wide; countdowns: 9pm
