Costa Mesa’s Orange County Market Place has teamed up with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County to help stock up local food pantries for yet another year in 2011. The 3rd Annual Fall Concert Series\u00a0 kicks of Saturday, Sept. 24 and spans seven weekends, offering free admission to the music events with a canned or dried food item donation. An estimated 21% of Orange County residents are at-risk of hunger! 6,384 pounds of food were collected for Second Harvest Food Bank, in the spring 2011, providing 5,320 meals to those in need.<\/p>\n
