It’s that time of year when people bring out their finest attire and biggest hats that look like they are ready to hatch. Easter bonnets adorned with chicks, bunnies and eggs can get a little tipsy, especially when someone adds a martini shaker and several martinis–only in San Francisco, of course! The big, annual Easter Parade and Spring Celebration takes place on March 31, 2013, on Union Street, come rain or shine. The photos show San Franciscans all decked out for this event.
