The Roar at the Shore has begun as Long Beach, California’s annual Toyota Grand Prix race takes to the streets of downtown and the shoreline for the annual festival held each April. This year the event happens on April 17, 18 and 19, 2015 but many streets are actually blocked a weekend early for some pre-race events. If you’re planning to visit places such as the Aquarium of the Pacific, it will be closed during the Grand Prix, and there will be hundreds of thousands of people visiting the exciting car races which include huge expos, games for kids, galas, swimsuit contests, and headliner concerts for ticket holders. Tickets start at $30 for single day admission,  gplb.com
