San Francisco is weird. How Weird Street Faire (howweird.org) on May 1, 2016 includes people dressed like dogs petting dogs, a TrashKan Marchink Band, Sky Dancing from Skyhigh Odditorium next to the Howard street sign and thousands of celebrants wearing costumes that best express their unique identity, however they define it.
