Don’t we do that anyway? Yes, most people eat out. But this month is different. It’s sinfully fattening, fulfilling and financially rewarding. Each year restaurants throughout the state in more than 30 destinations feature special sample plates, fixed menus and prices\u00a0 around $10 – 50 per person. You can try something new at places you normally might not be able to afford. The state’s world-renowned wine and food take center stage throughout January during California Restaurant Month.
