According to John Gray, Ph.D., loading up on sugar can cause you and your loved ones to crash and experience the opposite effects that you intended.<\/p>\n<p>California has highest divorce rate in the world with a 60% divorce rate in first marriage. It used to be 20 years ago 75% of adults were married. Now it&#8217;s less than half. Of marriages up to age 35, the average relationship lasts 5 years.\u00a0 And there are more children born out of wedlock than in.\u00a0 Since courts favor women over men for parenting of kids, children can end up with barely a father figure in their lives.\u00a0 For boys that can be very devastating, according to &#8220;Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus&#8221; author John Gray. He says there&#8217;s more to these disturbing trends than meets the eye&#8230;and some of it has to do with our diets, toxins and health. His website offers great resources&#8230;see <strong>marsvenus.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gray is alarmed by what he calls <strong>&#8220;the boy crisis<\/strong>,&#8221;\u00a0 and the shocking trends:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 times more boys than girls commit suicide<\/li>\n<li>2 girls to 1 boy graduate from high school<\/li>\n<li>2 women to 1 male graduate from college last 10 years<\/li>\n<li>9 out 10 with learning challenges are boys<\/li>\n<li>9 out 10 with ADD &amp; ADHD are boys<\/li>\n<li>60 out of 61 mass murderers are men<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s Going On?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boys are absorbing estrogen hormones from plastic bottles, pesticides, meat, chicken, eggs, milk and fast foods.<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 of boys are obese at age 13 years. These boys at puberty do not get normal erections as their estrogen levels. are dramatically increased from estrogen-laden food and water they consume.<\/li>\n<li>Men with elevated levels of estrogen in their systems will see the testosterone levels drop and they&#8217;ll stop being attracted to partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Things that may help:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find purified water sources (avoid drinking from plastic bottles.)<\/li>\n<li>Find meats without hormones, avoid fast foods.<\/li>\n<li>Cut sugar consumption, eat more greens&#8211;broccoli, brussels sprouts, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid pasteurized milk&#8230;it is depleted of the casein protein.<\/li>\n<li>Drink protein shakes, and take vitamins missing from foods, and products that help boys &amp; men rebuild testosterone levels to normal ranges.
