If there’s one Mexican celebration that Californians can sink their corn chips into, it’s Cinco de Mayo. For most the event means drinking margaritas and\/or Mexican beer, listening to mariachis and lively music, eating Mexican dishes such as tacos and enchiladas, and having a jolly good time.
