These sleek, fit racers aren&#8217;t your ordinary pigs you&#8217;ll see as you wander through a fair watching 4-H kids brush their plump, pink darlings. Racing pigs are small and they&#8217;re lean. They run several races per day and travel from fair to fair, putting on show at each designated stop. Look for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/fairs\/pig-races.html\">county fair pig races<\/a> at fairs in Costa Mesa, Ventura, Quincy, Lancaster, Watsonville, Bakersfield and Fresno this summer and fall.
