However, Oktoberfest celebrations are just around the corner with many starting in only 7 or 8 weeks! \u00a0 Oakland&#8217;s Dimond District is busy promoting its event, its<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/oktoberfest-oakland.html\"> 6th Annual Oaktoberfest<\/a>\u00a0in the Dimond on Saturday, October, 5, 2013. It is a traditional Munich style celebration that launches with Oakland Mayor Jean Quan tapping the first keg at 10:45 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Another event coming soon with even more beer on tap is the California Beer Festival (shown in photos) \u00a0in San Dimas. Last year it was held in the Bay Area. It takes place at Frank G. Bonelli Park on Saturday, September 7, 2013.
