A fiesta of foods, a festival of music, and a bazaar of gifts and treasures unfold on 15 ethnic streets containing stages with music, and 42 food &amp; alcohol booths run by local non-profits with all proceeds going directly back to them. The big event in<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/california-cities\/orange.html\"> downtown Orange<\/a> attracts visitors from all over the globe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dates: August 30-September 1, 2013, 10 a.m. daily.<\/li>\n<li>Location: Orange Plaza, Chapman Ave and Glassell Street, Orange, CA<\/li>\n<li>Cost: There is no entrance fee to the street fair.
