A land of extremes requires some unique planning to fulfill the needs of all residents and industries in terms of water resources. A fantastic, new exhibit at the High Desert Museum in Yucca Valley delves into this tangled and complicated topic by looking through a lens of time. In addition to exploring the history of water, the exhibit offers a take-away in terms of offering ideas for conservation. Called &#8220;A History of Water Wise Living, Native Plants &amp; Water Conservation,&#8221; this limited engagement event is free to see September 19, 2013 through January 19, 2014.
