Per capita, the residents of Sacramento have more museums to see than any other city in the state (except possibly San Diego, L.A. and San Francisco.) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/sacramento-museum-day.html\"><strong>Sacramento Museum Day<\/strong><\/a> is an annual event allowing guests to see museums free.
