A national organization (LemonadeDay.org) encourages kids to sign up and promote the effort to sell lemonade in their cities around the nation, though many California cities have actually shut kids&#8217; booths down for not having a license to sell. The goal of the lemonade sales effort is to teach kids about entrepreneurship in a project that&#8217;s relatively easy to launch with the help of parents.
