And according to its founder, Candace Frazee (an author who also co-founded The Bunny Museum,) there&#8217;s\u00a0a celebration for hell&#8211;Halloween, so &#8220;I thought there should be a celebration for Heaven and its angels!&#8221; On Saturday, October 4, 2014 Frazee\u00a0invites you to\u00a0the free angel festival taking place in Memorial Park.\u00a0Listen to a concert, participate in arts &amp; crafts, shop a variety of angel-themed vendors, and dress in angel attire for the event if you like.
