History is being made as dozens of the classics of rock converge\u00a0on Huntington State Beach to perform in two days of rock concerts at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/hbfest.html\">Huntington Beach Music, Art &amp; Food Festival<\/a> (hbfest.com). An estimated 30,000 are fans are expected to attend the launch of the old school-new rules festival. Traditionally\u00a0California&#8217;s public beaches such as Huntington Beach haven&#8217;t been available for\u00a0private concerts and liquor service, but that&#8217;s all changing.
