In addition to the cities of Los Angeles, El Centro, Redwood City, Pasadena and Santa Ana hosting Fiestas Patrias festivals, you&#8217;ll find celebrations at shopping venues, in sports arenas, and at parks. Many of the events take place on the weekend closest to Sept. 16, which means there will be quite a few street festivals this weekend.
