The weekend begins on Friday with a Naughty or Nice Ball, inviting guests to sample from approx. 24 restaurants and wineries. On Saturday, survivors of the first night of partying move forward into the two-day Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair. There’s also a special event for children on Saturday with cookie decorating, MR & MRS. SANTA, and even the Grilled Cheese Food Truck! Stick around for the big event, the annual Sausalito Lighted Boat Parade at 6 p.m. Around 7:45 p.m. see the skies light up with fireworks in a magical display. Then on Sunday if you can pull yourself out of a cozy bed, head for the 8K Winterfest Run (1K & 5K options, too!) This is a good-deed event to raise money for special events and causes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Sausalito’s annual Lighted Boat Parade on December 13, 2014 has become a lot more fun, thanks to an entire weekend\u00a0of celebrating in an event called Winterfest.
