Let the good times roll at the happy-go-lucky Big Bay Balloon Parade on\u00a0December 26, 2014 at\u00a03 p.m. Held in\u00a0Downtown San Diego, the\u00a0scenic, bayside streets come alive with marching bands, floats, drill teams, and a procession of\u00a0more\u00a0balloons than any other parade.\u00a0Over 100,000 spectators\u00a0attend this free event which rounds out a season of 13 holiday parades<\/a> in San Diego. The parade steps off the curb at Harbor Drive\u00a0featuring\u00a0Grand Marshal\u00a0Meb Keflezighi known for winning\u00a0an\u00a0Olympic silver medal\u00a0as well as the\u00a02014 Boston Marathon!<\/p>\n Before the parade a 5K Race takes place at the corner of Harbor Drive and Ash Street at 2:45 p.m. Registration on the day of\u00a0the\u00a0race is around $35, see sandiegobowlgames.com for info.<\/p>\n Stay in town\u00a0for the Holiday Bowl game at Qualcomm Stadium on Dec. 27.
