Jeff Peterson returns to Redondo Beach’s annual Slack Key Festival January 18, 2015. Born on the Island of Maui, Jeff Peterson grew up on the slopes of Haleakala where he was introduced to the rich heritage of Hawaiian music by his father, a paniolo, or Hawaiian cowboy, on the Haleakala Ranch. The contributor to two Grammy Award-winning recordings is a slack key must-see (who\u00a0also happens to be trained in Classical and jazz guitar.)<\/p>\n

Rooted in Hawaiian culture,\u00a0the\u00a0Slack Key Festival<\/a>\u00a0is an afternoon of feel-good, friendly and mellow music among friends who just happen to be the most talented\u00a0slack key\u00a0musicians in the world.
