\nSEAL BEACH: Seal Beach hoped for a float in the 2015 Rose Parade but was unable to raise the funds for participation. Later in the year a festival and parade are planned to commemorate the beach that once had an amusement park with thrill rides.
\nDELANO: Delano began the year with a ball and anticipates\u00a0an exciting unveiling of\u00a0Delano Downtown Breezeway Project\u00a0with\u00a0murals depicting historical moment and scenes.
\nGUSTINE: Merced County Museum announced that Gustine will be one of two county-wide celebrations\u00a0July 30 \u2013 Sept. 27\u00a0(the other is\u00a0El Nido School.)
\nAMADOR CITY: Amador City was incorporated in June 1915 but like so many municipalities its history contains significant, much older moments events such as the\u00a0gold rush.
