The public is invited to this special event taking place Feb. 14-16, 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Other rowdy entertainment that shoots an arrow in Cupid&#8217;s heart includes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/kernville-whiskey-flat-days.html\">Kernville&#8217;s Whiskey Flat Days<\/a> where\u00a0Gunfights,\u00a0Cowboy Cook&#8217;n and\u00a0Whiskey Flats Saloon\u00a0do a darned good job of showing people what the old days were like. Should there be a need, the\u00a0Justice of the Peace will be on hand to officiate shotgun weddings.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/long-beach-scottish-festival.html\">ScotsFestival at Queen Mary<\/a> Feb. 14 &amp; 15 starts with Rock Yer Kilt concert on Friday the 13th. Scots\u00a0are about love and war. A\u00a0Scottish person in our household explained: &#8220;The Scots fight among themselves but when there&#8217;s a common enemy they ban together and become\u00a0fierce warriors!&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Brazilians are all about love\u00a0at San Diego&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/san-diego-brazil-carnival.html\">Brazilian Mardi Gras Ball<\/a> on Feb. 14.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/indio-date-festival.html\">Indio Date Festival &amp; Riverside County Fair<\/a>\u00a0Feb. 13 -22\u00a0includes war &amp; peace.
