When California enacted a voter-approved law this year requiring more cage space for egg-laying hens the new legislation also said that\u00a0no state can sell their eggs in California unless they abide by the law. In an effort to fight back, the Arkansas\u00a0House voted 57-19 to advance a bill that outlaws wine imports from any state that imposes a substantial burden on the Arkansas agriculture industry.<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0The\u00a0Arkansas Agriculture Department Secretary would determine what is burdensome under the bill, ordering the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to sanction or revoke licenses of businesses that broke the law.
