Humboldt County&#8217;s cut flower growers alone generate more than $43.2 million in total annual economic impact for their county. The flower industry has traditionally been important to California\u00a0but as the jobs and flower growing efforts headed south of the border the impact was especially noticeable at the annual Rose Parade in Pasadena. Several float builders attempted to purchase California flowers for\u00a0floats, but couldn&#8217;t buy what they needed.
