This year&#8217;s celebration takes place\u00a0July 25, 2015, 3-9 p.m. at<b>\u00a0<\/b>George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center.\u00a0(951) 377-7040 \u00a0norco.ca.us. Back in March 2012, Bethany Braley (Executive Director for National Day of the Cowboy) watched the California Senate, in a live broadcast vote to unanimously pass the National Day of the Cowboy resolution, SCR 70, in perpetuity.
