This weekend at the\u00a0Foothill Bird Fanciers Annual Exotic Bird Mart\u00a0at Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville cages are invited (leave\u00a0your binoculars at home.) \u00a0For a nominal fee\u00a0Dr. Scott McDonald will trim\u00a0your bird&#8217;s\u00a0nails, wings and give it a general check up. Breeders can bring their birds to determine their sex. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/california-bird-festivals.html\">Additional\u00a0bird events<\/a>\u00a0take place this fall in Pleasanton, Sonora, San Diego, Granada Hills, Modesto, Ontario and Pomona.<\/p>\n<p>At birding festivals leave the cage at home, please, but DO bring binoculars when you come to watch swans, snowgeese or sandhill cranes.
