On October 21, 2015 Bell\u00a0artfully interviewed author and professor Dr. William Forstchen, an expert on Electro-Magnetic Pulse threats, when he suddenly announced mid-sentence that he had a situation and needed to take a quick break. He came back on air to tell the audience and his guest that gun shots were fired, and, according to his neighbors, appeared to be aimed at his broadcast studio in Pahrump, NV. One neighbor said a\u00a0gunman got\u00a0out of a car and fired 6 rounds from a rifle aimed at the building Bell was in. Police responded to the call and an investigation is underway.\u00a0While Art Bell delves into topics ranging from new technologies, to aliens, ghosts, life after death and Men in Black, some fans wondered\u00a0if Art Bell is\u00a0under attack by sinister forces seeking to silence him and his program.
