You actually can see them any day! At Monterey Bay Aquarium they like to teach people how eerie and intriguing the ocean can be. Vampire\u00a0Squid, Spookfish, Ghostfish, Coffin Fish, Bat Rays and Goblinshark are prime examples of nature providing Halloween\u00a0outfits that these unique sea creatures utilize to scare off predators or grab their next meal. While we humans dwell on the macabre at haunts and scares such as Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights\u00a0and\u00a0Knott&#8217;s Scary Farm, we can walk away knowing it&#8217;s just a fantasy.
