The 86th annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/olvera-street-blessing-of-the-animals.html\">Blessing of the Animals<\/a> is free to attend and being Catholic is not a prerequisite for participation.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s certainly not the beginning or end of a busy weekend for the Archbishop\u00a0who\u00a0officiates the 1 p.m. Easter Sunday Mass,\u00a0Domingo de Pascua, at the Cathedral.
