The project is expected to be completed in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Port of Los Angeles, a self-supporting department of the City of Los Angeles, has invested $600 million in related projects such as Wilmington Waterfront Park, the Harbor Blvd. Parkway Promenade, Downtown Harbor and the renovations of Cabrillo Way Marina.
