He assumed dogs are\u00a0admitted into\u00a0festivals and events unless otherwise stated. While he reported that Groupon refunded his money, he believes\u00a0it is correct to assume\u00a0dogs are allowed into every event and place unless otherwise stated.\u00a0\u00a0Is his way of thinking valid?<\/p>\n While the scale has tipped with more families in California owning pets than not, your\u00a0best bet is to\u00a0assume your dog is not allowed.
