The event brings 29 internationally renowned street artists and muralists to Long Beach, Calif., for a street art festival designed to boost the city&#8217;s creative capital and inspire cultural storytelling. Long Beach Convention &amp;\u00a0Visitors Bureau (visitlongbeach.com) has played a key part in this exciting venture.<\/p>\n<p>In the world of tourism, Pow Wow is the annual gathering of destination marketers from across the nation who mix, mingle and learn about the latest trends in the industry. According to Visit California, the tourism industry provides over 1 million jobs in California alone.<\/p>\n<p>California destinations with new and exciting news include\u00a0Visit Oakland. In a recent meeting they decided the to\u00a0shift focus to target the millennial meeting planner and leverage business trips into leisure travel opportunities (business + leisure = bleisure).<\/p>\n<p>Another new development is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/tourism\/dana-point.html\">formation of Visit Dana Point<\/a> recently.
