This weekend you can get up to speed on roses at the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/wasco-rose-festival.html\">Wasco Rose Festival<\/a>.\u00a0If you go be sure to tour\u00a0the fabulous flower fields (shown in photo.) It&#8217;s a real treat!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/flowers-gardens\/rose-gardens.html\">Where to see roses in California<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Huntington Library&#8217;s Rose Garden is\u00a0in bloom this September, \u00a0huntington.org<\/li>\n<li>Healdburg&#8217;s Russian River Rose Company hosts &#8220;Beckoning Butterflies, Birds &amp; Bees to the Garden&#8221; Sept. 10-11, 2016. Russian Tea and Fragrance Festival (shown in top three photos) takes place Oct.1-2, russian-river-rose.com<\/li>\n<li>Sacramento&#8217;s Cemetery Rose Garden hosts Propagation Class September 10, and<br \/>\nFall Color Tour of the Rose Garden on November 19. cemeteryrose.org<\/li>\n<li>Rose gardens at libraries, civic centers, museums and botanical gardens are delightfully in bloom right now.
