If you are a fan of Aebleskivers and parades (3!) then you better head to California’s Central Coast this weekend for Solvang Danish Days<\/a>\u00a0Sept.16-18, 2016.\u00a0The festivities begin on Friday, Sept. 16 with Viking Beer & Wine Garden, Opening Ceremonies and Torchlight Parade. Saturday there’s a Viking Encampment and Randel McGee plays Hans Christian Andersen, plus Danish concerts, Aebleskiver Eating Contest and the Biggest Parade.
