When volunteers of Merced Sunrise Rotary planned their first Field of Honor<\/a> event several years ago, it was such an emotional and moving tribute to veterans that it has quickly become a tradition. In addition to Merced County’s Veteran’s Day Ceremony and Parade on Nov.11, 2017 at Bob Hart Square, you can still purchase a flag and see the spectacular field located at Merced College. Closing Ceremony takes place at the Field on Nov. 11.<\/p>\n

MURRIETA: Another Field of Honor<\/a> on display this Veterans Day is in Murrieta.<\/p>\n

DIXON: Additional fields in California include Sacramento Valley National Cemetery<\/a> in Dixon which hosts\u00a0Wreaths Across America in December\u00a0and Memorial Day Ceremony flags in May.<\/p>\n

NEWPORT BEACH: Each Memorial Day week Exchange Club of Newport Harbor hosts Field of Honor<\/a>.<\/p>\n
