These are the final free admission days of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>California has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/parks\/california-national-parks.html\">27 national parks<\/a>, the most national parks of any state!<\/p>\n<p>Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park is home to General Grant, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/christmas\/trees\/national-christmas-tree-general-grant.html\">Nation&#8217;s Christmas Tree<\/a>. Each year the Sanger Chamber of Commerce makes a trek to place a wreath next to it. This tree is among the largest in the world found at Sequoia-Kings Canyon park.<\/p>\n<p>Yosemite National Park is one of the most sought out destinations by international tourists seeking to see famed Half Dome, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/mountains\/yosemite-national-park-waterfalls.html\">waterfalls<\/a> and historic treasures. In the winter the famed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/christmas\/yosemite-bracebridge-dinner.html\">Bracebridge Dinner<\/a> take place inside the park at the Majestic Yosemite Hotel (formerly Ahwahnee.)<\/p>\n<p>Lassen Volcanic National Park, named for the volcano which last erupted in 1915 with a blast that rose seven miles into the atmosphere, offers incredible experiences. This living entity features bubbling mudpots with the stench of sulfuric acid at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/parks\/lassen-volcanic-national-park-attractions.html\">Bumpass Hell<\/a>. Surface temps reach 240 degrees!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/california-cities\/joshua-tree.html\">Joshua Tree National Park<\/a> spans the transition from the Mojave to the Colorado Desert.
