What does that mean? Practically every parade and festival in California takes place on March 17, turning California’s landscape into a field of green, or at Irish Beach it’s plenty ‘o sand.<\/p>\n Every year is a lucky year for the Great Scots and in early 2018 they are already busy planning their fantastic Scottish Highland Games, festivals and events. 2018 begins with Burns Suppers in January, followed by Queen Mary’s Scots Festival in February.
