It happens every year near Spring. Daffodils are weather dependent, which makes viewing them a wait-and-see game in places such as Volcano&#8217;s Daffodil Hill. The owners of the farm where up to a million daffodils have grown recently posted an update on Feb.13, 2018 and said this:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Daffodil Hill is at 3000 ft elevation and we are not quite ready for visitors.
