San Diego Tourism Authority compiled a list of sand wheelchair beach spots for 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>Beach Wheelchairs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>City of San Diego Beach Wheelchair Line for Mission Bay, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach and La Jolla Shores (619) 525-8247<\/li>\n<li>Coronado Beach (619) 522-7346, ext. 3<\/li>\n<li>Silver Strand State Beach has manual beach wheelchairs only\u00a0(619)-435-0126<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Beach reservation line (619) 685-7972<\/li>\n<li>Oceanside Harbor Beach and Pier Beach have manual beach wheelchairs only\u00a0(760) 435-4018<\/li>\n<li>Moonlight Beach in Encinitas has Also, two floating beach chairs are available at no charge at the lifeguard tower at on a first-come, first-served basis<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Beach, Cardiff State Beach and Moonlight Beach offer sand access mats to provide an easier pathway for manual wheelchairs to access the beach<\/li>\n<li>Huntington Beach, L.A. beaches and many destinations have sand wheelchairs for public rental or free use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bikinis Beach News<\/h2>\n<p>Swimsuit watching is a top beach activity. Styles have changed slightly\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/traveltips\/bikini-season\/\">since 2013<\/a>\u00a0but honestly, you can wear about anything. Just remember that clothes are required at all but a few beaches in California!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peach, brown, teal and soft colors are popular.<\/li>\n<li>Palm prints in pale and earth tone colors make a big splash.<\/li>\n<li>One piece swimsuits are making waves. They range from conservative cover-ups with flirty ruffles, to sexy styles revealing a multitude of curves. There are cutouts, crossovers and plenty of peekaboo.<\/li>\n<li>Since 2015 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/traveltips\/beach-stuff\/\">girl trunks<\/a> have been a hit.<\/li>\n<li>Men&#8217;s trunks and boardshorts with knee or calf lengths remain the man-standard .<\/li>\n<li>Fashion designers have re-introduced the 60s style short, shorts and trunks.
