Are they at risk of being snuffed out by these one-day smarter machines that could make decisions whether to flip our &#8220;off&#8221; switch? Futurists who see danger lurking ahead warn us that inventors, science&#8217;s brightest minds and humans with a darker side are in a race to to determine mankind&#8217;s fate&#8211;with no outcome assured.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, there&#8217;s plenty of hope, humanity and beautiful art celebrated in California this weekend, next and throughout the year as people come together in public spaces to share the creative spark.
