Morrison sure did that!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Was center for the UC Berkeley team that won the NCAA Championship in\u00a01959.<\/li>\n<li>Head basketball coach for college teams such as San Jose State, the University of Pacific and University of Southern California<\/li>\n<li>San Jose State, Pacific and USC teams won league championships or tournaments.<\/li>\n<li>Humble humanitarian has been active in more than 28 non-profit organizations, including High Five America, Olive Crest, Boy Scouts of America, Susan B. Komen Foundation, Meals on Wheels, Riverside Humane Society, Leukemia &amp; Lymphoma Society and The Unforgettables.<\/li>\n<li>Morrison served as Athletic Director at UCSB and the University of California-Riverside, was a personal coach and consultant to Laker Star Shaquille O&#8217;Neal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stan Morrison,\u00a0the humanitarian, will always be a champion to thousands who don&#8217;t know him, but benefit from all he has done for Californians. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/people\/stan-morrison.html\">Read story about Stan Morrison&#8230;<\/a>&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stan Morrison will always be a champion in the minds of those of us lucky enough to have known him.
