One of the few festivals dedicated to candy of all sorts is Jelly Belly&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/festivals\/fairfield-candy-festival.html\">Candy Palooza<\/a> (Sept.29-30) at the\u00a0Visitor Center in Fairfield!
